About the Role:


Sara Companion HomeCare Services is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Manager to drive sales and uphold our commitment to delivering exceptional care for our esteemed clients. This position offers a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and the potential to earn $175K+ annually, along with performance-based bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell our services to new clients using company-provided warm and hot leads.
  • Prospect and generate new leads, with enhanced commission rates for self-sourced closes.
  • Meet daily call quotas and consistently exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate effectively with Marketing, Clinical, and Coordination teams to foster business growth.
  • Ensure client satisfaction through continuous communication and follow-up.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of sales success with verifiable results.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, and driven to exceed targets.
