What You’ll Do

As our bookkeeper, you’ll help keep our financial operations running smoothly by:

  • Managing day-to-day bookkeeping activities
  • Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations
  • Prepare deposits and process payments
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Assist with monthly financial reports
  • Work closely with management on accounting projects
  • Support payroll and billing functions as needed
  • Help ensure financial accuracy and compliance

Qualifications

Required

  • Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Highly Preferred

  • QuickBooks experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field
  • Experience in the home care or healthcare industry

Compensation

Starting Salary: $55,000 – $65,000 annually
(Based on experience, education, and qualifications.)
