HHA TRAINING CLASSES ARE ON HOLD AT THIS TIME. WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NAMES FOR FUTURE CLASSES. WE WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL OR CALL WHEN A DATE FOR THE NEXT TRAINING PROGRAM IS SET.
In 2020, Sara Companion HomeCare Services, a licensed home care services agency launched the New York State Department of Health approved Home Health Aide Training program.
It is a great vocational career opportunity for qualified candidates who successfully complete the program.
SARA is offering the Department of Health approved Home Health Aide Training Program to interested students who qualify.
We appreciate the opportunity to give back to the community by providing educational and career opportunities.
We are proud to be producing the next generation of home health aides. The benefits of this program are multi-faceted – we are providing a community service by educating new home health aides and there are also job opportunities for graduates who meet the stringent standards of being a SARA (Skilled Attentive Reliable Assistant).
Our goal is to produce the highest quality, empathetic and skilled aides in the Home Care industry. By doing so we are able to continue to provide elite home care in addition to the concierge services of our SARA in-house team that our clients have come to expect from SARA.
The SARA Training Center offers assistance for Nursing Students, Certified Nursing Assistants and HHAs with expired or out-of-state certificates to receive the training they need to become a currently certified Home Health Aide.
