We prefer to speak with all our callers personally whenever possible. We know how frustrating it can be when a machine tells you to keep pressing buttons and being asked so many questions before you can get a live person on the line. And if you do leave a message, we’ll call you back.
Our friendly customer service team will listen to what you need and connect you with the right person at SARA. We will greet you with respect and act promptly on your inquiry. Every SARA team member is expected to be polite and helpful at all times. You are extremely important to us.
We don’t leave it in a few people’s hands to provide excellent customer service. Our entire team is comprised of knowledgeable, empathetic employees. We know that when you reach out to SARA, often your life is stressful, and you need assistance.
