What You’ll Do
Schedule and attend in-home visits to educate families and sell home care services
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate home care solutions
Educate prospects on available services while confidently guiding them to a decision
Enter accurate notes and updates into our Enterprise Management Tool (EMT) CRM
Consistently follow up with warm leads via phone and email
Demonstrate persistence, creativity, and problem-solving to overcome sales objections
Own your pipeline and results from consultation through close
We’ll train you on home care services—you bring the sales expertise.
Who We’re Looking For

Someone comfortable building rapport, educating clients, and asking for the sale

Organized, professional, and confident in face-to-face sales conversations
Experience & Education
Preferred (not required):
5+ years of sales experience
5+ years of consultative sales experience
3+ years of home care services sales
Bachelor’s Degree (BA)
Compensation
Base plus commission: $95,000 – $175,000 per yea
